Key Business Skills :
- Good knowledge / extensive usage of various job boards : Posting adverts Using Boolean and Understanding around job board credits
- Well versed with LinkedIn recruitment : Using the right search creating projects effective utilization of connections / in mails (varies on type of licenses)
- Knows best recruitment methodologies
Key Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication : Verbal and Written
- Email etiquette: Writing business / professional emails
- Phone etiquette : Good representation of self & business along with effective listening
Requirements
Overall 2 yrs in recruitment
- Roles Handled : IT and Non IT recruitment covering various sectors
- Fastpaced & 360 recruitment will be value add

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification such as CA, CA Inter 2. Proven experience (X years) in internal auditing, with a focus on payroll, revenue, or financial processes. 3. Strong understanding of payroll systems, financial accounting principles, and statutory regulations. 4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 6. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
