We are Hiring Factory Manager for leading Textile Industry!!
1. Production Management: Oversee the production process including planning scheduling and coordinating activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
2. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards implementing quality control measures and conducting regular audits to maintain highquality products.
3. Team Management: Lead motivate and develop a team of supervisors operators and support staff providing guidance training and performance feedback.
4. Efficiency and Productivity: Analyze production data identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency reduce waste and optimize resources.
5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment adhering to safety protocols and complying with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
6. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control including raw materials workinprogress and finished goods to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
7. Maintenance and Equipment: Manage maintenance activities ensuring equipment is properly maintained and coordinate repairs and replacements as needed.
8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets controlling costs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
9. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve processes reduce costs and enhance product quality implementing lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
10. Communication: Collaborate with other departments such as sales procurement and logistics to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
Experience: 10 years
Industry: Textile/Apparel/Garments
Graduate male. 6+ years experience in Recruitment and Generalist HR functions Preferred experience from home textile industry. Proficient in Team Handling
