Job Description
Supply Chain Manager Epicor Expert
A company on the move. Our firm provides custom engineering and manufacturing solutions. We are in a period of solid growth and we require a disciplined Purchasing Manager/Director to help round out the management team. Tactical at the start righting the ship so to speak switching to strategic leadership and continual improvement models after initial few months on the job.
Epicure ERP Systems knowledge

Requirements
Epicor ERP experience a must
Prior management of direct reports a must
The willingness to train/mentor others also a must
Experience with lean principles six sigma a plus
Open to relocating to Villa Grove IL
Standard requirements:
A pro in vendor management and risk management
Ensures the best sourcing practices are employed to support the company s financial service and quality goals
Manage supplier cost quality and delivery
Implement processes to manage risk within the supply chain
Negotiate contracts with suppliers
Develop procurement processes for continuous improvement
Seek innovative and cost savings opportunities in every aspect of the job to achieve continuous improvements to supplier quality pricing lead time and terms
Ensures the best sourcing practices are employed to support the company s financial service and quality goals
