We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Inside Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle for our Tier 3 customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to prospect and grow new business within the upholstery division for Tier 3 accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with upholstery customers through email phone and inperson meetings during biannual trade shows.
- Actively prospect new accounts to expand our customer base.
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers coordinating introductions and meetings with the appropriate salesperson.
- Provide support to the customer service team when needed ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist internal departments with order fulfillment including customer service samplemaking shipping and accounting.
- Address and resolve customer complaints by working closely with the quality and manufacturing departments.
- Participate in sales meetings to share ideas and strategies that support the companys sales goals and objectives.
- Provide feedback on market trends and new product opportunities to help drive sales growth.
- Represent the company at trade shows twice a year (or as needed) to strengthen customer relationships promote new products and. establish new connections.
- Assist in entering market sample orders when required to support customer service.

Experience:
- Bachelors Degree preferred (but not required); ideally in Business Marketing or Textiles.
- Some prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Sales
