Job Description

Join this innovative and growing company a leader in the upholstery industry dedicated to providing highquality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Inside Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle for our Tier 3 customers. If you have a passion for sales and are eager to build strong customer relationships this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prospect and grow new business within the upholstery division for Tier 3 accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with upholstery customers through email phone and inperson meetings during biannual trade shows.
  • Actively prospect new accounts to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers coordinating introductions and meetings with the appropriate salesperson.
  • Provide support to the customer service team when needed ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist internal departments with order fulfillment including customer service samplemaking shipping and accounting.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints by working closely with the quality and manufacturing departments.
  • Participate in sales meetings to share ideas and strategies that support the companys sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and new product opportunities to help drive sales growth.
  • Represent the company at trade shows twice a year (or as needed) to strengthen customer relationships promote new products and. establish new connections.
  • Assist in entering market sample orders when required to support customer service.


Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and a genuine passion for a career in sales.
  • Positive energetic and resultsdriven attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • 5% Travel

Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred (but not required); ideally in Business Marketing or Textiles.
  • Some prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Sales
