Job Title: Sales Operations Manager
Job Overview: The Sales Operations Manager will drive efficiency and effectiveness across the sales team by managing sales processes analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies to optimize sales operations. This role is essential for ensuring that sales goals are met and the sales team operates at peak performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to enhance productivity.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
- Oversee the implementation of sales tools and technologies.
- Manage sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on best practices and tools.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales operations sales management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from $80000 to $110000 per year depending on experience.
