Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the exciting world of leisure travel and tourism V E Vacations 808 is looking for a Travel Client Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish. This commissionbased 1099 opportunity offers unlimited earning potential monthly!
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Processing payments and refunds
- Updating customer records and information in the database
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills Required:
- Must be 18 yrs or older
- Full training provided (No experience necessary)
- Must have a smartphone or computer with reliable internet connection
- Must enjoy helping people
- Must be coachable & trainable
- Positive Attitude is an absolute must
- Must reside in these countries: USA Antigua & Barbuda Aruba Australia Bahamas Barbados Belize Bermuda Bolivia Cayman Islands Colombia Dominican Republic Ecuador France Germany Grenada Italy Mexico Netherlands Panama Saint Kitts & Nevis Saint Lucia Spain Trinidad & Tobago United Kingdom.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the leisure travel and tourism industry is a plus
