Job Description
Red Ember recruitment is recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager for their client in Centurion.
- Physically visit existing clients (Pop in visits catch up meetings etc)
- Assist with general queries or concerns they may have
- Assist with the implementation of their accounts (Event setups reports contact details etc)
- Inform clients of new launches & products
- Manage the accounts and ensure they are happy always
- Escalate urgent or serious matters to management
