Job Description

EURHASI recruits for its client a Forest Positive Solution Manager (M/F)

Our client provides its members and partners with a range of solutions that support their efforts to develop supply chain transparency transform environmental and social challenges and assess and verify supplier performance to meet ambitious responsible sourcing commitments.

The client does not accept applications requiring administrative procedures for a work authorization (residence permit work permit various authorizations etc.)


Mission

You will be primarily responsible for :

  • Strategy Development: Create and update the strategy for monitoring supply chain impacts on forest and ecosystems.
  • External Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with external partners involved in the delivery of our forest and ecosystem solutions.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with relationship managers to drive business development.
  • Workflow Monitoring: Communicate needs to EF Global Data Teams and monitor solution workflows.
  • Financial Management: Track income manage contracts monitor expenses and produce financial reports.
  • Product Development and Quality Control: Improve and maintain solution products.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in relevant industry working groups and events.
  • Impact Communication: Create internal and external communications to showcase solution impact.

Your genuine interest in forest agriculture family farming and social education can be harnessed to ensure that the assessment and monitoring solutions are fit for purpose and bring about measurable transformation in supply chains. You are someone that believes in the role of technology and partnerships to drive a better future for our forests and land use.


Being a factoriented person with a strong analytical and methodological mindset you are truly committed to enable informed decisions to be taken. Your demonstrated leadership skills combined with your experience in managing complex project in dynamic multicultural environment is a clear asset for you to succeed in this role.


With curiosity towards the work of your colleagues empathy for their challenges nonjudgmental approach but clear vision of the agenda to be progressed excellent written and verbal communication skills you naturally federate people together around a shared objective. You are organized and independent in your work and priorities.


Working Conditions :

  • Undergraduate or Master Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. environmental management forestry engineering remote sensing/GIS) preferable
  • Minimum 10 years of experience (incl. but not limited to product development exposure to governement private sector supply chains and / or regulations)
  • Demonstrated experience in Project management with positive impact in sustainability
  • To start as soon as possible
  • Fulltime position openended
  • Fluent in English & French (written and spoken)
  • Citizenship or valid work authorization in the country required


Minimum qualifications

  • Master Degree or Experience in a relevant discipline/sector (e.g. environmental management forestry engineering remote sensing/GIS)
  • Fluent in English and French (written & spoken)
