Description of the Position

The Job entails providing a comprehensive support to daytoday Operations of HR & Admin in ASEAN ensuring the efficient delivery of Recruitment processes the Accuracy of the Employee Data records etc.

Details of Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Recruitment and staffing preparing Job Descriptions Advertisements screening applications arranging and leading Interviews administrating the interview feedback following up with the candidates and hiring managers identifying and approaching new candidates with direct search methods.
  • Employee Onboarding and Exit formalities Responsibility for the new employees Induction & Orientation preparation of the employment documents needed for the New hires and documentation through the employee life cycle.
  • Employee Record ManagementMaintenance and controlling the personnel recruitment related records files correspondence and reports.
  • Employee TrainingsOrganization of company training based on the yearly training plan after the approval of the Director HR.
  • Employee Engagement includes Planning Coordination & participation in organizing Events team buildings CSR activities and trainings of employees in ASEAN.
  • HR Operations and Systems Handling employees records policy updations and management attendance and leaves management on SharePoint.
  • HR Business Partner functions includes tracking Employee pulse and resolving grievances etc
  • Assisting Director HR in day to day Regional HR Functions
  • Local P&C Budget Control & Management in accordance with directions from Director HR
  • Payroll Management including coordination with payroll vendor
  • Local HR regulations management in Indonesia
  • Local Office & Travel Management and support including bookings and visa management.
  • Administration support to other departments.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Masters in HR
  • Experience Min 710 years HR & Administration Experience.
  • Atleast 35 years experience in a multinational company a must.
  • Excellent English knowledge verbal and written
  • Computer Experience Computer Proficiency with MS Office and Internet.
