Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue targets and company goals.
• Recruit lead mentor and manage a highperforming sales team providing guidance and support to ensure optimal success.
• Foster a positive collaborative and purposeful team culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
• Proactively seek out identify and pursue new business opportunities markets and customer segments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors identifying new market opportunities to expand the client base.
• Effective collaboration across departments such as marketing and operations and the leadership team to align the sales strategies to company objectives and to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track and analyze sales and market data providing regular reports to the leadership team on progress reached.
• Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisionmaking.
