Responsibilities Responsible for developing andimplementing recruiting strategies that align with thecompany's overall businessgoals. Responsible for full-cycle recruitingprocess: sourcing, scheduling andinterviewing Develop and maintain contacts withschools, employment agencies and other public organizations to findand attract applicants. Develop efficientrecruiting process that meets client'sneed Coordinate participation in, set updisplay and work at job fairs. Manage internet recruiting tools(i.e., Career Builder, Indeed, Craigslist) daily. Develop and execute a recruiting planand deliver effective orientations Create andmaintain weekly reports on recruitment activities, applicant flowand hires. Conduct semi-annual reviews of Driver Qualification files to ensurecompliance. Actively involved with the hiring,supervision, discipline, and termination of all leasepersonnel Responsible for ensuring that thecompany's recruiting practices comply with legal andregulatory requirements, such as equal employment opportunitylaws. Qualifications Associate degree and at least two (2) years related recruiting, staffing and/or transportation experience OR four (4) years related recruiting, staffing and/ortransportation experience. Ability to marketand sell the company's attributes to externalcandidates. Demonstrative success in developingand maintaining professionalcontacts. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word,Outlook, Excel. Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking Systempreferred. Possess effective interpersonalskills with the ability to relate to all levels of management andemployees. Experience developing and utilizingbehavioral based interviewingtechniques. Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources/Recruitingregulations.
