Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to develop insights and strategies.
  1. Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
  • Define target markets and create segmentation strategies.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content and advertisements.
  1. Brand Management:
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Develop brand guidelines and oversee their implementation.
  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance through analytics and KPIs.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, press releases, and online content.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creative professionals.
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Develop and manage customer engagement strategies to build and maintain relationships.
  • Implement loyalty programs and other customer retention initiatives.
  1. Performance Measurement:
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Ensure cost-effective marketing strategies and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
