About the job
- Partners with marketing, medical, IT and compliance colleagues to develop, maintain and polish virtual promotional content.
- Design, integrate and implement process of virtual customer engagement across channels.
- Explore new digital channel customer engagement opportunities via stakeholder insight collection and data analytic
- Monitor and report about the Business Unit’s Omni-channel performance by partnering with marketing, sales and commercial excellent functions
