Job Description
School Operations Manager Key responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the schools’ operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- School Operations Manager will oversee the Facilities team and caretakers.
- Support the executive head and heads with effective financial management of the school budgets, including resource monitoring and fund administration, working closely with finance.
- Investigate and optimise the school’s income from various sources, including those for capital developments, while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Develop new ideas and approaches to generate through marketing, business links, sponsorship, and other funding streams in support of Executive Head initiatives.
