Job Description

  • What We’re Looking For:

    We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts. This role is crucial for identifying, generating, and nurturing leads to expand our customer base, retail partnerships, and investor network. The ideal candidate will employ a variety of strategies and channels to attract high-quality leads and drive our growth objectives.

    Responsibilities:

  • Use multiple channels such as social media, email campaigns, and industry events to identify and generate new business leads.
  • Employ tools and platforms to research and pinpoint potential customers, retail partners, and investors.
  • Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Develop and implement targeted campaigns to attract and convert leads.
  • Maintain relationships with potential leads through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Create and distribute engaging content across various online platforms to stimulate interest and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all lead generation activities.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Analyze performance metrics of lead generation efforts and refine strategies for improved outcomes.
  • Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate lead information and monitor activity.
  • Segment and manage lead databases for effective targeting and communication.
  • Align lead generation activities with the sales and marketing teams to support broader business goals.
  • Share insights and feedback to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in CRM software and lead generation platforms.
  • Analytical mind with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
