Responsible to analyze and troubleshoot E2E Voice & Data network performance issues and ensure the best Mobile network performance through alignment and cooperation with Radio, CE, core, SM teams.
• Responsible to analyze and troubleshoot benchmark and customer experience raised issues related to Mobile network to ensure best customer experience.
• Able to Perform necessary network tunning and optimization and work with different domains to suggest improvement actions.
• Able to Audit Network E2E Voice & Data domains nodes to detect network quality impacting spots and conduct the needed investigations for enhancements.
• Able to ensure Service quality assurance for the activities to give the Go/No Go decision for the planned core Network Nodes changes based on utilizing different tools.
• Crowdsourcing platform performance monitoring/analysis, spotting gaps/opportunities vs competitions, recommendations towards performance improvement.
