Job Description
Job Title Oracle Shipping and Service Contract Consultant
Location PAN India
Experience 7 15 years
Notice Immediate to 30 Days
Requirements:
- 8 years of Functional experience in Oracle EBS modules Inventory WMS shipping executions (delivery trips shipments AWB CI) OM with experience in Support and implementation
- Should have handson experience in SQL PL/SQL XML reports Forms RDF reports and OAF.
- Provide Functional & technical expertise in the troubleshooting of Oracle EBS.
- Augment the clients business systems support staff in providing support for both on and off hours as well as weekend support.
- Respond to and resolve priority incidents/tickets. Provide status and process area updates.
- Validates prioritization and categorization of tickets changes and enhancements with the business.
- Maintain close coordination with IT and business owners and work with leads to balance workload across resources.
- Facilitate user acceptance and validation of functionality with the business.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Available for oncall 24x7 support for Priority 1 issues.
