Job Description
This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound reservation inquiries via phone email and online platforms.
- Assist customers in booking hotel rooms ensuring their preferences and needs are met.
- Provide information about hotel amenities services and local attractions.
- Upsell additional services and special packages to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
- Resolve any issues or concerns related to reservations promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a smart phone or computer with a stable internet connection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Customerfocused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- No previous experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
