Hotel Reservation Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Hotel Reservation Agent to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for assisting guests with booking hotel rooms answering inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel room reservations through phone email and online booking platforms
- Provide information about hotel services amenities and policies to guests
- Process payments and ensure accuracy of guest information
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
