Department: Hospitality
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Reservations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage online hotel reservations through various booking platforms
- Provide excellent customer service to guests seeking information or assistance with their reservations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely booking information
- Handle cancellations modifications and special requests from guests
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of hotel amenities services and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a plus
