Job Summary:
The Leads Generation Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients using various methods. The individual in this position will test a range of lead generation strategies to optimize campaigns identify areas of opportunity that drive measurable improvement in revenue contribution and implement solutions to help accelerate the efficient growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be resultsdriven has superior attention to detail and is able to work as part of the team to target qualified customers.
- Researches and targets good prospects or potential clients using a variety of sales or online tools
- Generates leads to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria
- Gain an understanding of the industry challenges faced and evolution of the market from talent and sales perspectives
- Scrubs and validates prospect information in the internal database or open sources
- Optimizes tools and processes to manage lead qualification sales cycles and find the most relevant leads
- Tracks prospects identifies decision makers timelines and specific qualifications and enters data accurately and consistently into the Hubspot CRM; records and maintains lead data
- Ability to search for leads on social media platforms such as LinkedIn Facebook etc.
- Analyses data and results of sales processes to identify risks trends opportunities and makes recommendations based off this information
- Resultsoriented and has the capacity to reach targets which will be measured on a monthly and quarterly basi
- Other tasks as determined by the hiring manager
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- 1 year of lead generation experience with a proven track record of reliability and success
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM usage and practices. Knowledgeable in Hubspot Seamless.io ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience generating leads for offshoring businesses is preferred
- Proactive selfstarter and can work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision
- The following experience will be highly regarded:
- Has solid history of protecting data lead generation and data mining
- Can generate and analyse reports from various data sources
- Knowledge of advanced search operators is preferred
- Ability to handle internal and external communication with courtesy and professionalism
- A teamplayer with strong social skills and demonstrates strong organizational skills
- Detailoriented and ability to quickly grasp complex issues
- Exceptional written and verbal English business communication skills
