The Virtual Assistant will provide essential coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and effective relationship management. You'll be instrumental in assisting with networking managing M&A processes and handling both professional and personal tasks for the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daytoday operations including sending updates managing CRM (Google Sheets) and distributing materials.
- Oversee and organize the CEO's calendar ensuring all appointments meetings and events are efficiently scheduled.
- Handle correspondence including texting and emailing clients.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders including CLevel executives and business owners ensuring seamless interaction and collaboration.
- Manage personal tasks for the CEO offering reliable support in both professional and personal matters.
Requirements
- Experience in coordinating with Clevel executives and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (Google Sheets preferred) and systems for managing inboxes and calendars.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Someone adept at managing calendars and inboxes and comfortable interacting with highlevel executives.
- Experience coordinating effectively with various stakeholders ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Strong command of Business English both written and verbal.
