Grant Funding Manager Dynamic International Startup

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Grant & Funding Manager to join our team. In this role you will be instrumental in identifying securing and managing grants to support our startups growth research and development initiatives. Your efforts will help propel our mission forward while also handling the essential administrative tasks associated with grant management.

Tasks

• Grant Research & Acquisition: Identify relevant grant opportunities draft compelling proposals and manage the submission process to secure funding.
• Funding Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to create and implement effective funding strategies that align with our business goals.
• Grant Administration: Oversee the ongoing management of awarded grants including compliance reporting and budget tracking.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all grantrelated documentation is accurate and uptodate; prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial Management: Assist in the financial planning and management of grant funds to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with grant providers partners and internal teams to ensure transparent and effective communication.
• Research Support: Conduct research to support R&D projects and other strategic initiatives relevant to our industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience in grant writing funding acquisition and grant management.
• Strong research analytical and financial skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Thai & English.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced startup environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint.

Bonus if you have:

• Familiarity with the aquaculture or agriculture sectors.
• Experience in working with international funding bodies.
• Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting in a startup context.
