You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Follow up on third-party audits’ findings and ensure implementation of detected corrective actions.
• Participate in improvement projects in coordination with PEX Leader/Manager and other internal and external stakeholders.
• To enhance the functional knowledge and experience of internal policies and procedures published on the Infohub.
• Work with the corporate business improvement team to map out, analyze and redesign business/operational processes, thus ensuring improvements, efficiencies and cost-effective service delivery.
• To ensure adherence to all the service standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with international standards through maintaining ‘and acquiring’ certification. Namely the following certificates: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SEDEX.
• Ensure compliance with the Governmental Requirements by maintaining and acquiring the GDP.
• Ensure policies are adhered to reduce compensation amounts.
• Maintaining certification as per customers’ requirements to help attract new business and retain current customers.
