Job Description
- Client Communication: Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat and telephone calls, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance.
- Problem Resolution: Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to offer customers accurate and relevant information.
- Follow-up: Ensure that all customer issues are resolved promptly and follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to processes and policies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
