Role Summary: As a Product Manager you will be instrumental in driving the
development and execution of our products. You will collaborate with crossfunctional
teams to ensure our products not only meet market needs but also
align with our strategic vision.
Responsibilities:
Define and communicate product vision and strategies to all relevant stakeholders.
Manage the endtoend lifecycle of complex products from conception through launch.
Collaborate with engineering marketing customer service and sales teams to build and scale products.
Gather and prioritize customer requirements and convert them into detailed product specifications.
Perform market research and competitive analysis to guide product positioning.
Monitor product performance metrics and use insights to enhance user satisfaction and business impact.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field.
1 to 3 years of product management experience in a technologydriven business.
Strong understanding of the loyalty programs industry and related technologies.
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Skilled at working effectively with crossfunctional teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
