Prepare and manage tender documents proposals and bids in Arabic.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation.
Analyze tender requirements and ensure submissions meet all criteria.
Monitor and track tender opportunities and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with clients stakeholders and team members in Arabic.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of tender documents.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all tender activities.
Qualifications:
Native proficiency in Arabic (both written and spoken).
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Procurement or a related field.
Proven experience in tender management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of tender processes and regulations.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Detailoriented with strong analytical abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
