- Co-develop multi-year strategy for Corporate Services
- Design comprehensive Target Operating Model
- Drive implementation, working collaboratively with Functional leadership and Client leadership, encompassing all core operating model elements:
- Organization and Culture
- Governance
- Policies & Processes
- Systems & Tools
- Performance Management
