Accountant Job Scope

• Supervising accounts department overseeing financial operation and monthly management accounts.
• Ensure timely financial reporting tax estimation/revision & submission.
• Preparing and monitoring budget & financial projection managing cashflow and funding requirement.
• Developing implementing and reviewing standard operating procedure
• Liaising with Tax Agent Auditors Company Secretary in relation to tax accounting and secretarial matters.
• Strategize on fund procurement through financial institutions that involves loan application redemption charge and discharge.
• To ensure compliance with Companies Act Tax Laws Accounting Standards Housing Development Act Strata Management Act and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinating with Sales Admin department to ensure a smooth and efficient work flow
• Jointly overseeing credit control with Sales Admin department.
• Reviewing monthly sales report progress collection and sales target achievement.
• Managing general office admin office upkeep office equipment procurement computer software and licensing.
• To assist in feasibility study and cashflow projection for new land bank acquisition new property development joint venture proposal tender exercise etc.
• Analyzing and developing strategic business plans based on the Companys financial standing.
• Evaluating financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
