Product Director

Our client is an ecommerce platform in Vietnam who is looking for an senior in product management:

• Oversee the development delivery and planning of our product strategy for common platform products.
  

• Establish measurable and explicit goals for products aligned with the overall business objectives.
  

• Constantly enhance product cadeness in cooperation with engineering organizations.
  

• Encourage a culture of ongoing development by using metrics feedback and mentoring.
  

• Inspire the team to come up with new ideas and improve the product experience.
  

• Integrate internal data market and user research and industry best practices to develop strategic domain insights.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration IT or any related major
  

• Solid experience in product management with experience in technology platform products.
  

• Customercentric mindset and great empathy.
  

• Great leadership.
  

• Excellent communication.
  

• Analytical skills with ability to make data informed decisions.
  

• Ability to code and understand how a cloud native software works.
  

• Strong team management and coaching expertise.
  

• Multi level stakeholders and functional team management.
