Job Description

Are you a proactive team player with a knack for keeping communications projects on track Do you excel at crafting engaging content and impactful PowerPoint presentations If so we want you! Join our team as a Change Communications Specialist/Change Communications Analyst and be part of our mission to drive effective messaging initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Organizational Change leadership team to design and maintain compelling communications materials.
  • Coordinate timelines deadlines and communications activities ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Attend meetings and play a pivotal role in keeping projects on course.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to gather and produce highquality communications content.
  • Assist in planning and executing strategic roll outs ensuring timely project delivery.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Communications English Marketing PR or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365/Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.).
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant experience in organizational change communications.
  • Preference for candidates with consulting firm background.
  • Strong writing grammar and verbal communication skills.
  • Problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Detailoriented with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
