Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Organizational Change leadership team to design and maintain compelling communications materials.
- Coordinate timelines deadlines and communications activities ensuring smooth project execution.
- Attend meetings and play a pivotal role in keeping projects on course.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to gather and produce highquality communications content.
- Assist in planning and executing strategic roll outs ensuring timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Communications English Marketing PR or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365/Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.).
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Relevant experience in organizational change communications.
- Preference for candidates with consulting firm background.
- Strong writing grammar and verbal communication skills.
- Problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
- Detailoriented with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
