Job Overview: Your Role in Numbers
Be part of our client s team as a Collections Specialist. Youll manage customer accounts ensure timely payments resolve outstanding balances and utilize strong communication and negotiation skills. This role offers professional growth direct client exposure and a supportive work environment to advance your career.
Shift: Rotative shift
Work setup: Temporary workfromhome; initially remote then onsite
Responsibilities: Daily Financial Duties
- CRM Management: Daily use of CRM systems to track and manage customer accounts and collections activities.
- Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls and communications with clients addressing account queries and negotiating payment arrangements.
- Account Management: Manage a high customer base with accounts aged 90 to 180 days.
- Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to achieve positive outcomes and resolve payment issues.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address account issues or disputes providing effective solutions.
- Writing Skills: Produce clear and professional written correspondence related to collections.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in collections or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Confidence: Ability to handle challenging situations and clients with confidence.
