UXUI Designer Latam

This is a remote position.

Overview: As a UX/UI Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital face of Sell2Rent. Your primary objective is to create visually compelling and userfriendly designs across various digital platforms enhancing user engagement and promoting our innovative services. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure that your designs are not only visually appealing but also align seamlessly with our brand ethos offering an intuitive and coherent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and aesthetically pleasing content for websites emails and social media aligning with user expectations and business objectives.
  

• Develop wireframes prototypes and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
  

• Craft email templates and marketing campaigns that clearly convey product features promotions and events.
  

• Create landing pages and social media campaigns in line with marketing strategies to boost user acquisition.
  

• Manage design systems style guides and UI libraries ensuring consistency and efficiency in design.
  

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine design choices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related field.
  

• 24 years of experience in the role.
  

• Advanced skills in CRM particularly Zoho and other marketing automation tools.
  

• Specialist in Figma with advanced proficiency in digital design tools including Zoho Miro Adobe Creative Suite Canva and Figma.
  

• Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
  

• Demonstrated experience in UX/UI.
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills essential for working effectively in a teamoriented environment.
  

• A robust portfolio showcasing a range of skills in UX design graphic design and marketing. (APPLICATIONS WITHOUT A PORTFOLIO WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.)
  

• Familiarity with design systems style guides and UI libraries ensuring consistency and quality in design outputs.
  

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate an exceptional balance of creative design talent and marketing acumen adept at crafting usercentric designs that resonate with our target audience while aligning with Sell2Rent s strategic marketing objectives.
