As an Account Executive you will be our newest team member and a part of ourexisting DACH sales team whichis currently made of 4 superstars: Mahabat JuliaSvenjaandTobias.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Generate new sales and business to meet your monthly quota
- Overall responsible for the whole sales cycle from Prospecting to booking and conducting meetings negotiation to closing.
- Be able to generate your qualified leadsthrough cold calling cold emailing andusing other social networks such as LinkedIn.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as Marketing Partnerships andCustomer Success.
- Develop and maintain both product and industry knowledge.
- Codevelop the Gotomarket strategy for the DACH markets.

Additionally we are looking for someone who :
- Is fluent in both English and German
- Has previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS/HR platforms is a plus)
- Familiar and comfortablewith outbound sales
- Has the will to push hard and keep high activity
- Hasa positive and caring attitude
