Job Description
To be able to expand our network we are searching for experienced and highqualified experts for our talent pool in Hungary. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6 12 months.
Currently we are looking for a Test Manager with experience in international ERP programs and/or IT system rollouts with min. 5 years experience in this role and excellent skills in English and Hungarian (spoken and written).

Tasks
- The specific tasks depend on the clients needs for each project request
Requirements
- A minimum experience of 5 years as a Test Manager with the ownership for test planning test execution and test coordination
- Test Strategy creation and implementation knowhow
- 5 years of relevant experience in global and complex system implementation projects as a core team member is a must
- Strong Project management and Planning skills in waterfall and agile approaches
- Experience in working with Solution Manager and JIRA
- Requires excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve a variety of routine and complex issues defects and challenges
- Proven capability in negotiation conflict resolution and stakeholder management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills handson mentality
- Excellent at communicating and coordinating with people at all levels in the organization
- Fluent in English and Hungarian spoken and written
