In this Department you revolutionize car transports across Europe with us. As AUTO1 Group present in over 400 branches in 10 european countries we are Europes leading digital automotive platform. • Lead the team responsible for our car logistics operations in the German market.

• Manage daily transport and storage operations with both partner carriers and inhouse capacities.

• Resolve escalation situations including transport backlogs and storage capacity issues.

• Achieve our ambitious growth cost and lead time targets.

• Acquire new partner carriers and lead contract negotiations with CLevel involvement.

• Design the logistics network and processes to integrate new business lines optimizing cost and lead times.

• Report directly to our Director of Consumer Logistics Europe.

• Several years of relevant work experience in logistics or a fastpaced startup environment.

• Initial leadership experience.

• Proven ability to manage multiple operational and tactical challenges under time pressure.

• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external partners at all levels of hierarchy.

• Experience in or affinity for contract negotiations.

• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.

• Native or nearnative German skills and English proficiency at the C1 level.
