RiskFraud Analyst

Our client based in Bulgaria is looking for candidates with experience in Fraud or Risk within iGaming or Sports companies. The chosen candidates will join a growing team of professionals

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with players on accountrelated issues resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care
• Analyse customer deposits and account categories to prevent fraud correct errors and resolve problems
• Analyse records of Affiliate account to ascertain whether there are any irregularities
• Suggest improvements to procedures and systems in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care
• Investigate financial irregularities on accounts
• Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve accountrelated issues and prevent fraud
• Help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact
• Investigate risk issues relating to thirdparty processors
• Check user history

Requirements

• Experience in Risk/KYC/AML within iGaming industry would be ideal
• Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach
• Decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to effectively deliver feedback
• Selfmotivation
• Ability to perform well under tight deadlines within a dynamic environmen
• Proficient command of Microsoft Office tools
• Proven aptitude for working in a team as well as guiding and influencing others
