MDSearch is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Etobicoke specializing in precision preventive medicine lifestyle medicine hormone optimization and evidencebased medical antiaging therapies.
MDSearch is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Etobicoke specializing in precision preventive medicine lifestyle medicine hormone optimization and evidencebased medical antiaging therapies.
As a Nurse Practitioner you will be vital in providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals which includes exercise physiologists nutritionists lifestyle coaches physician associates (IMGs) clinical assistants laboratory and diagnostic imaging technicians and experienced and professional administrative staff.
You will perform Comprehensive Health Examinations and Annual Preventive Health Examinations on new or existing patients. You will be MRP for a roster of patients enrolled in one of three preventive health programs. You will evaluate patient progress towards preventive health goals every 4 months (Triannual Reviews) using a sophisticated biomarker trend analysis and receive competitive compensation for activitybased clinical work.
Qualified applicants will be invited for a tour and interview at the clinic in Etobicoke. Successful applicants will be invited to spend one full day in the clinic with the medical director and the health care team shadowing observing participating in clinical care and evaluating if this
practice is suitable. Final applicants will be offered competitive remuneration as a contract independent provider.
Requirements
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Nurse Practitioner
Master s degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited program
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Benefits
Compensation is activitybased at $125/half an hour.
