Job Description

  • Oversee daily office operations.
    Maintain filing systems both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare review and manage documents including contracts permits and reports.
  • Track project documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed and filed accurately.
  • Assist with project scheduling and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and site visits as needed.
  • Process invoices purchase orders and expense reports.
  • Maintain records of financial transactions and assist with budget tracking.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
  • Ensure that all documentation and procedures comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Provide customer service to clients and vendors addressing inquiries and resolving issues.



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and project management processes is a plus.
