Job Description

AV Meeting Room support
Hands and eyes support for Meeting Room AV installation troubleshooting and repair
Break fix support troubleshooting and repair for AV meeting rooms
SLA Response time for a dispatch:
Tickets logged before 12 (noon) local time will require dispatch resource on site the following
business day
Tickets logged after 12 (noon) local time will require dispatch resource on site within 2 business
days

All Microsoft communication needs to be done via Microsoft internal email account. All troubleshooting
and Microsoft application usage should be done via PC with Microsoft corporate image or Windows
Virtual Desktop (web version) with the instruction provided by the DXC Project Manager. Supplier should
ensure that the engineers are keeping their Microsoft accounts active by performing once per month login
to Microsoft Webmail & Teams application (MUST be done via Windows Virtual Desktop for best result)
and sending an email from their MS email account to their management.

Support includes:
Hardware troubleshooting analysis and swap for end user devices
IMAC Install Move Add/Change DeInstallation Coordinate clients approved IMAC requests
with local support teams for delivery of IMAC Services
Hands and eyes support for Meeting Room AV troubleshooting and repair
Break fix support troubleshooting and repair for AV Meeting Rooms
Hands and Eyes support (server reboots network equipment circuit downs swapping failed
devices); Provides onsite resource to visually verify the state of a Server or Networkconnected
Device as directed and to perform necessary tasks as directed to resolve an incident. Assist with
port shutdowns check router patch cord swap SFP swap move link to another port create a
loop to help identify where the fault lies (all under the remote supervision and instruction from
Microsoft personnel). Swapping failed device (could be blade or switch down or AP down reseat
cable move to another port to cable room all under the remote supervision and instruction from
Microsoft personnel.
Attendance and technical support at webcasts events and other meetings that require audio
visual or other technical support.
Attendance and technical support at special end user training and support sessions arranged by
client.
Attendance and technical support at executive training sessions
Replacement of customer provided printing consumables for network printers.
Occasional work with or supporting ITM in racking and stacking network gear at and cabling up
user ports.
Hardware inventory verification
Moving Cables/racking and stacking
