Job Description
Regional supply planner is a key driver in shaping Netafim supply excellence optimizing processes and ensuring seamless system implementations. The strategic vision crossfunctional collaboration and leadership will be instrumental in achieving our global supply goals.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Lead supply planning & supply alignment activities between production sites in the region.
- Ensure on time supply to the customers (BU s) and provide supporting information for monthly sales forecast.
- Manage & analyze allocation of customers orders between sites to enable best support based on plan & real time availability (gatekeeper).
- Support Local RCCP planning in the regional sites.
- Support drippers transferring to meet orders reallocation.
- Support/backup local planners in the region.
- Reporting to Global Planning.
Requirements :
Requirements and qualification:
- Bachelor s degree in industrial engineering sciencerelated field or a similar discipline (Master s degree preferred; MBA ideal).
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in the field of SC planning activities (Demand/Production/Inventory)
- Experience in a global organization planning process implementation.
- Training and presentation skills is a must.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent human relations and the ability to lead & Implement planning processes.
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under continual deadline constraints.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with reporting to Mng including costing implications and supply commitments.
