Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic TA Specialist to join our HR team in the Netherlands. This role is pivotal in managing the full recruitment cycle ensuring we attract hire and retain the best talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes excellent communication skills and a keen eye for identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EndtoEnd Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms including social media job boards and our company website.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and participate in interviews providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by sourcing potential candidates through various channels including networking events and job fairs.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports for management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a TA Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using ATS and other HR software.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
