Job Description
We are looking for a VIP QA Trainer who will be responsible for the line management growth and motivation of the VIP QA account manager team.
Tasks
- Onboarding and training newly hired VIP account managers
- Checking VIP Account manager day to day work
- Making sure VIP Account managers are setting the stage for an excellent player experience
- Monitoring VIP account manager performance & behaviour
- Ensuring that products compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in VIP and or VIP QA Training role
- Proven experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
- Strong knowledge of VIP QA methodologies tools and best practices.
- Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the online gaming industry is a plus.
