Job Description
Perform Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Warehouse Team Leader for our client a wellestablished retail/wholesale business in Rathcormac Co. Cork. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team in a fastpaced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Support: Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations oversee staff during the managers absence and ensure smooth workflow.
- Active Involvement: Engage handson in all warehouse activities including manual handling order picking unloading deliveries loading trucks and printing customer invoices.
- Health & Safety: Maintain and enforce company health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Flexibility: Adapt to flexible working hours as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of Irish geography and logistics operations.
- Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a valid B drivers license forklift license and manual handling certification.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Compensation:
- Starting at 16euro per hour with performancebased reviews.
