Position Overview:
As the Technical lead/Senior .NET Engineer you will be responsible for leading the development of our backend infrastructure and collaborate with the frontend developer.
Additionally you will be needed to work on Open AI and setup our Azure environment for the product.
You will also be instrumental in building and growing our tech team. This is a unique opportunity to be a cornerstone of our technical team working closely with the founders to bring our vision to life. We are seeking a passionate and experienced engineer who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain robust scalable and highperformance backend systems using .NET technologies.
Collaborate with the founders and other team members to define technical requirements and architecture.
Implement and integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
Collaborate with the frontend developer to make sure the application integrates and functions seamlessly.
Lead development of the product with the frontend developer.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the company.
Lead the recruitment onboarding and mentorship of new technical team members.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Work on Azure OpenAI to setup the infrastructure for the product s functioning.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience. 69 years experience .
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
