Job Designation: Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

Job Type : Individual contributor

Job Location: Delhi

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of a largescale citizen services platform for the government. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk and issue management vendor management and a keen analytical mindset. Experience working with Indian government entities is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management:
    • Oversee the entire lifecycle of the program from planning and initiation to execution and closure.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and status reports.
    • Ensure the program is delivered on time within scope and within budget.
  2. Risk and Issue Management:
    • Identify analyze and manage risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
    • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
    • Monitor and report on risk status and issue resolution.
  3. Analytical and Technical Understanding:
    • Develop a deep understanding of the functional and technical aspects of the platform.
    • Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment of project goals with business needs.
    • Utilize data analytics to inform decisionmaking and measure program success.
  4. Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with multiple vendors and thirdparty service providers.
    • Oversee vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  5. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders including government officials senior management and team members.
    • Prepare and present project updates status reports and other necessary documentation.
    • Ensure stakeholder expectations are met and managed effectively.
  6. Compliance and Standards:
    • Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws regulations and standards.
    • Adhere to best practices in project management and governance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors or Master s degree in Business Administration Information Technology Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 715 years of experience in program or project management.
    • Proven experience in risk and issue management vendor management and analytical decisionmaking.
    • Prior experience working with Indian government entities is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Proficient in project management tools and software.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Understanding of the technical aspects of platform development.

Desirable:

  • PMP PRINCE2 or similar project management certification.
  • Experience in managing largescale government or public sector projects.
