Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in designing intuitive usercentric digital experiences and will play a key role in creating exceptional interfaces for our products. As a Junior UX Designer you will work closely with senior designers product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure that our digital solutions meet the highest standards of usability and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities: User Research: Conduct user research through interviews surveys and usability testing.

Analyze user behavior and feedback to understand user needs motivations and pain points.

Create user personas user journey maps and scenarios based on research findings.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes mockups and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.

Use tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar to create interactive prototypes.

Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.

Interaction Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Ensure that designs align with the overall user experience strategy and branding guidelines.

Collaborate with developers to implement and refine interactions and animations.

Information Architecture: Organize and structure content to improve the usability and findability of information.

Create sitemaps flowcharts and navigation systems to guide users through the product.

Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of designs.

Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.

Communicate findings and recommendations to the design and development teams.

Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and other designers to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies.

Documentation: Bachelors degree in User Experience Design Interaction Design Graphic Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.

12 years of experience in UX design or a related role (internships and freelance work are also considered).

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD InVision or similar.

Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.

A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
