Procurement Practice Senior Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support sourcing exercises and lead low to medium complexity RFIs and RFPs in the delivery of the category strategy and market unit objectives
• Support upfront market research and supplier identification for category projects
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure delivery is aligned to procurement and stakeholder objectives
• Work collaboratively with suppliers and stakeholders to communicate and support sourcing and category management activities
• Provide analysis for necessary sourcing activities to maintain the competitiveness of category contracts
• Build relationships with suppliers to support their effective delivery in the category
• Contribute to KPI reporting of supplier performance finding opportunities for data to improve the delivery of our category strategy
• Perform total cost of ownership analyses for the evaluation of continuous cost improvement projects
• Gather monthly performancerelated data and prepares executive reports and presentations
• Support supply market research for your category
• Support sales & business development spend & contract analysis and category planning activities
• Perform numerous complex problemsolving functions to ensure customer satisfaction with companys services
• Ensure communication flows between the relevant functions to deliver business objectives
• Develop good working relationships with stakeholders at both the global and market unit level

Responsible for supporting the delivery of services to stakeholders and category leads including:

• strategic sourcing
• contract negotiations
• supplier performance management
• price management
• savings/compliance reporting
• continuous improvement
• ongoing cost reductions
• supply market monitoring
• issue resolution

Collaboration

• Global/Market/MU Category Leads
• Working closely with the MU Cat Lead be part of category collaboration meeting understand global/ regional /MU level category priority align with their priority and properly arrange capacity to provide consistent service delivered in S2C agile sourcing.

CXL/MU CXL

• Working closely with CXL/MU CXL responsible for in scope of delivery to provide necessary delivery results to CXL/MU CXL for overall client experience delivery results. Raise any delivery concern etc capacity escalation collaboration challenges & and collectively resolve those issue with support from global and CXL/ MU CXL

CS&S P Global Capabilities Functional Leads (e.g SI&S Risk ET)

• Collaborate closely to understand requirements that need to be inserted into S2C delivery scope and align closely to the priorities of these global capabilities.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years experience in procurement / strategic sourcing and/or supplier management
• Experience in bidding tendering processes and negotiating is required as confirmed by the Hiring Manager
• Has good comms skills
• With applicable knowledge and working experience in any of these categories (1 or 2) Facilities & Services or Contingent Labor or HR & Professional Services or Travel & Accommodation or IT&T or Marketing & Communications; as confirmed by the Hiring Manager resource should at least has experience with 1 or 2 of these categories only NOT all
• Experience in defining and implementing service levels and delivering services within agreed SLAs is preferred only NOT required
• Experience in operating/supporting an operational purchasing team is desirable with ProcuretoPay scope is preferred only NOT required
• With good computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft tools Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook); the rest indicated under Technical Skills are preferred only NOT required
