Responsibilities (English):• Provide excellent dining service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience. • Lead and mentor junior servers, providing guidance and support. • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. • Ensure that all service areas are clean, organized, and properly set up. • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. • Monitor and maintain inventory of serving supplies. • Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures. • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all aspects of service.
