Cabin Services

As the Senior Manager Planning and Business Solutions, Cabin Services, you will define, implement and continuously refine rolling business solutions and systems strategy for the Cabin Services department to meet corporate objectives of growth and profitability, considerate of fleet and crew complexities, operational requirements and cutting edge technologies.

You will lead the design, development and implementation of manpower & resource planning, business process improvement & automation strategies and financial management for the department.

You will also drive the overall strategic selection, automation and development of IT Systems related to operations and business data analytics, in collaboration with internal / external stakeholders and, implement the associated processes.

Furthermore, you will maintain constant communication with all user groups and department managers throughout the company, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Crew Resources, Corporate Services, Human Resources, Group Procurement and IT in order to align strategic objectives and achieve continuous improvements.
